  • Return & Replacement Policy

    Prints are produced to order. Please allow 1–2 weeks for production, signing, packaging, and shipment.

    All prints and products are made to order. Because of the custom nature of these items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.

    Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly replace it.

    Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

    To request a replacement, contact us within:

    • 72 hours of delivery for prints and other made-to-order products
    • 24 hours of delivery for original artwork

    Please include your order number and clear photos of both the item and the packaging. These photos are required to process a shipping claim and arrange a replacement.

    Non-Returnable Items

    The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

    • Original artwork
    • Limited edition and open edition prints
    • Framed artwork
    • Made-to-order products
    • Digital downloads
    • Sale items

    Replacements

    Once your claim is reviewed and approved, a replacement will be arranged at no additional cost.

Our Policies

Return Policy

It's crucial to inspect your order upon reception. If you notice any damage or receive the wrong item, it's important to contact us immediately. This prompt action allows us to swiftly evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

If the package is damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours. Carrier insurance requires photographs of the actual damaged packaging to file a claim.

If you are dissatisfied with your painting, you can return it within seven (7) business days. Please package the painting in the same meticulous manner as when it arrived (you may reuse the packaging). I will promptly provide you with my mailing address for the return. Please note that all shipping charges, including return shipping fees, are the customer's responsibility.

Once we receive the painting in perfect condition, we can proceed with a refund (less shipping charges).

It's important to note that there are no refunds or exchanges on commissions; these sales are final. During the piece's development, we provide many opportunities for you to make changes, ensuring your satisfaction with the final product.

DOMESTIC ORDERS (Continental U.S.)

  • Free personal delivery in Palm Beach County, FL. Appointments for local delivery are scheduled via email.

  • Stretched Canvas orders usually ship within 3-5 business days via FedEx, UPS or USPS.

  • See shipping rates for Continental U.S., which are listed on the shipping page.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • Please email us for a shipping quote.

  • All taxes, duties, and brokerage fees for international shipping are the collector's responsibility.


REFUSED ORDERS

  • If the package is refused, your refund amount will be calculated as the total of your order minus shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee. Your refund will only be processed once the package arrives at our facility and is evaluated for damages.
